带过滤装置静脉留置针的研制及临床应用

摘  要:目的 寻找阻止静推药液中微粒进入体内的方法 ,提高用药的安全性。方法 自行研制了带过滤装置的静脉留置针并用于临床。采用 GWJ- 4型智能微粒分析仪分别检测两种浓度的头孢噻肟钠药液通过普通静脉留置针 (普通组 )及有过滤装置的留置针 (观察组 )后每毫升药液中≥ 5 μm、≥ 10 μm、≥ 2 5 μm的微粒个数。结果 对照组两种浓度头孢噻肟钠药液中 ,微粒个数均高出药典标准规定的 4~ 5倍 ,而观察组微粒个数完全符合药典规定的标准。结论 具有过滤装置的留置针能阻止静推药液中的微粒进入体内 。Objective To prevent the particles in the liquid and to improve the security in drug using.Methods The filter device of reserved veinal infuser was invented by ourselves and it was used in clinic.GWJ-4 intellective particles analytical instrument was used to detect the number of particles of ≥5μm,≥10μm,≥25μm per milliliter in two different concentration liquid of cefotaxime sodium which passed two ways,one that passed through common reserved veinal infuser called common group and the other was called observe group which went through that with a filter device.Results In common group which included two kinds of cefotaxime sodium liquid,the numbers of particles were 4 to 5 times as high as the standard of pharmacopeia,while those of the observe group were up to the assigned standard.Conclusion Using the reserved veinal infuser along with filter device can cut down the particles in the liquid effectively and improve the security in drug using.
