摘 要:采用粉末熔化处理法(PMP)制备了Y_(1-x)Ho_xBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)超导体,并研究了其性能和微观结构等,结果发现添加稀土元素Ho会降低体系的熔化温度,改善样品的微观结构,提高体系的超导性能.样品Y_(0.8)Ho_(0.2)Ba_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)的J_c达到最高值为5.0×10~4A/cm^2(77K 1T,H⊥I),并且还发现晶界的数目及品质与超导性能有很大的关系,最后我们讨论了211粒子的大小及所占相比例对J_c的作用及钉扎机制。Y1-xHoxBa2Cu3O7-δ were prepared by powder melting process method and their properties were investigated. It was found that Ho addition can change the melting temperature of Y-system superconductor. The Jc values of YBCO can be improved by Ho substitution. The highest Jc value was found to be 50000A/cm2 (77K, IT, H⊥I) in Y0.8 Ho0.2 Ba2Cu3O7-y. Our results indicate that the number and the quality of grain boundaries have a large influence on superconductivity. The discussion is given in this paper on the relationship between Jc and the size and phase proportion of 211 particles. There are many twins in the samples and many defects exist around the 211 phase.
