摘 要:研究SnO2气敏材料中起粘接剂作用的Bi和Si掺杂对器件电阻、灵敏度及长期稳定性的影响。研究表明:与Bi掺杂相比,添加富含Si的无机粘接剂能大大提高敏感膜的粘接强度,器件电阻适中,对灵敏度的影响不大,而且材料在820℃下烧结2h,仍能获得10nm以下的晶粒尺寸,说明Si不仅起粘接剂作用,也能明显抑制SnO2晶粒长大,高温烧结将有利于改善器件的长期稳定性。Effects of binding agent on gas sensor resistance,sensitivity and long-term stability have been studied.The experimental results show that adhesive strength of sensitive film can be distinctly improved by adding inorganic binding agent which contains Si compared with Bi.Resistance of gas sensor is suitable.the binding agent has little influence on sensitivity.Furthermore,the grains whose size is less than ten nanometers are acquired at 820 ℃ for two hours.The results indicate that SnO_2 grains growth has been inhibited by adding appropriate binding agent.High-temperature sintering is favourable to improve long-term stability of gas sensors.
