摘 要:介绍了机械式高温压力控制器的设计方法;阐述了它的工作原理、结构特点和主要部件的设计与计算。同时,对宽温区压力控制器压力设定点的温度漂移进行了补偿和实验验证。比较了电子式和机械式压力控制器各自的优缺点,并提出了选择设计方案的原则。该压力控制器的压力设定点为0.3MPa;误差为±0.04MPa(全温区);工作温度为-55~150℃。实验表明:该高温压力控制器体积小、耐恶劣环境、可靠性高,满足使用要求。A design method of mechanical high temperature pressure controller is introduced.Its working principle,the structure features,and the computing and design method of the main components are introduced.The temperature shift of pressure set point for the pressure controller in the wide temperature range is compensated and experimentally verified.Merits and demerits between electronic and mechanical controllers are compared,and principle of selecting design scheme is presented.Pressure set point of this controller is 0.3 MPa;the error is ±0.04 MPa (whole temperature range);working temperature is -55~150 ℃.Experiment shows that this controller has the characteristics of small size,harsh environment resistance and high reliability,and can satisfy the use needs.
