摘  要:本文首次报道高山姬鼠Apodemus chevrieri的染色体核型,2n=48,K.F=6(M)+2(SM)+38(A)+XY(A,ST);中华姬鼠Apodemus draco的染色体核型,2n=48,K.F=46(A)+XY(A,A)。两种均未发现次缢痕和随体。结合业已报道的姬鼠属中12个种及亚种的核型资料,对其亚属和种的分类提供细胞学依据。First time, the paper reports the karyotypes of Apodemus chevrieri and Apodemus draco by using the method of lung cell cuture and bone marrow cell cuture in short time has been studied. Both 2n = 48. The fomer karyotype's formula: 6(M)+2(SM)+38(A)+XY(A, ST). The latter: 46(A)+XY(A,A). Two species are not found secondary constriction and satellite in the study. This paper again discusses the category of inter-species and subgenuses from the cyto-taxonomy with the karyotypes data which 12 species and subspecies in Apodemus have been reported.
