化痰止喘汤对慢性阻塞性肺病患者血清SIgA的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察化痰止喘汤对慢性阻塞性肺病患者血清SIgA的影响。方法 :在常规治疗的基础上 ,治疗组服用化痰止喘汤 ,4周为 1疗程 ,分别于治疗前及疗程结束第 2天 ,两组同时抽取静脉血 2ml,测定血清中SIgA含量变化。结果 :治疗组治疗后血清SIgA值变化较治疗前有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,且明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论Purpose: To observe Huatan Zhichuan Tang's effect on the blood serum SIgA of the patients with chronic obstructive lung disease. Method: On the basis of routine treatment, the treated group were offered Huatan Zhichuan Tang 4 weeks as one course of treatment, two mls of venous were withdrawn from the two groups respectively before the treatment and two days after the treatment, and then the content changes of the blood serum SIgA were tested. Result: The change of the blood serum SIgA of the treated group after the treatment was remarkably different from that before the treatment ( P <0.01), which was clearly superior to that of the controlled group ( P <0.01). Conclusion: Huatan Zhichuan Tang can improve the level of the blood serum SIgA of the patients with chronic obstructive lung disease.
