摘 要:本文报道用特制的可耐30个大气压保护的密封炉制备近单相Tl_2Ba_2Ca_2Cn_3O_(10)超导体,它的零电阻温度和抗磁起始温度均为124K。结果表明样品的2223相含量直接与采用的标称配比有关。样品的超导性主要依赖合成期间对T1损失的控制。退火过程中理想的氧压也改善超导电性。该系统兼有封管式和快速反应二种方法的优点。In this paper, we report the preparation of superconductors of near single phase Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu3O10, which was synthesized by a special and sealed furnace fearing protective gas of 30 atmosphere, Its zero resistance temperature and diamagnetic onset temperature are all at 124K. Results indicates that the 2223 phase content of specimon relate directly to nominal composition. Superconductivity of sample depends mainly on the contral of Tl loss during synthesis. A ideal oxygen pressure of the anneling process improve also the superconductivity. The system has advantage of sealed tube mothed and quick reaction method.
