急性血液稀释自体输血在骨科手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨术前急性血液稀释自体输血在骨科择期手术中的临床应用。方法 选择19例骨科择期手术需要输血的患者,手术开始前采集自体血液400～600ml,同时输入等量血浆代用品血定安(Gelofusine)和乳酸林格氏液,所采血液于手术结束前回输,同时观察采血前后及术后病人血液动力学、血液有形成分、凝血功能等方面的变化。结果 19例骨科手术患者均安全地完成手术,无不良反应。结论 术前急性血液稀释自体输血可以满足骨科择期手术患者的输血需要,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To study the clinical application of preoperative acute hemodilution and autotrans-fusion in conventional orthopedic operation. Methods 19 cases who whould be performed operation and need transfusion were chosen. Before operation 400-600ml autoblood was collected. Same amount of plasma substitute (Gelofusine and Ringer's) were injected at meanwhile. Collected blood was reinfused to patients during operation. Before and after collecting blood and postoperation, changes of patient's hemodynamics, function of blood coagulation and blood component were observed. Results All patients stood operation safelvend no adverse reaction happened. Conclusion Preoperative acute hemodilution and autotransfusion n meet the re-quirments of patients during conventional orthopedic operation. They are worthy to spread.
