摘　　要：After its gradual transition from analog equipment to digital one, the radio station will begin building up real intelligent interior and exterior networks for digital audio programme production, play, switching and transmission. When the day comes, the digital audio matrix will become a core of content-switched network at radio station and an interface for exterior network access to the radio station. Therefore building up an intelligent digital(fibre-optical) network with a digital audio matrix as a core will be the orientation of developing the radio broadcasting technology.The author introduces the principle of digital audio asynchronous and synchronous matrices and also examples of their practical application.After its gradual transition from analog equipment to digital one, the radio station will begin building up real intelligent interior and exterior networks for digital audio programme production, play, switching and transmission.
