摘　　要：本文参照美国防范与SARS有相近传染规律的肺结核病(TB)等传染性疾病的成功经验,分析了传染性疾病传播的环境因素,介绍了一些预防和控制措施。讨论了感染隔离病房的设计、压力分布和气流流向关系,结合天津地区的一些实践经验对现有病房改造提出了一些合理化建议。Based on the experience of preventing infectious tuberculosis (TB) in the U.S. which has similar infection rules to SARS, this paper analyzes the environmental factors of infectious disease transmission and introduces many prevention and control measures. Discusses the design, pressure distribution and air flow direction of infectious isolation room, and brings forward many suggestions for existing patient room renovation combined with practical experiences in Tianjin.
