摘  要:为全面了解铁路钢桥用材料的冲击韧性,对常用桥梁钢14MnNbq和16Mnq钢各种板厚的母材以及焊缝、熔合线试样进行系列温度冲击试验。对702个CVN冲击试验数据应用对数数学分析模型进行回归,得到桥梁钢和焊缝的通用计算表达式。研究结果表明:两种钢材的冲击韧性为三个区域带,即14MnNbq钢母材、14MnNbq钢焊缝和熔合线、16Mnq母材和焊缝;三个带的转脆起始温度依次为-30℃,-10℃和10℃;冲击功上台阶依次约为200J,150J和100J。In order to understand the impact toughness of materials for railway steel bridge, a series of temperature impact tests are conducted on base material of common bridge steel 14MnNbq and 16Mnq of different plate thickness, and their test samples of welding seams and melt run. A logarithm mathematical model is used to analyze 702 CVN impact test data and by means of regression, a general equation is obtained for bridge steel and welding seams. The analysis shows that the impact toughness of the two types of steel has three regional bands, i.e., base material for 14MnNbq steel, welding seam of 14MnNbq steel and melt run, base material for 16Mnq steel and weld seam. Shortness initiation temperatures of these three bands are -30°C, -10°C and l0°C respectively. Impact work steps are 200 J, 150 J and 100 J respectively.
