摘 要:目的研究周围神经损伤后变性再生过程中的形态学改变,利用三维图像重建技术实现神经再生过程中形态改变的可视化。材料和方法采用30只Wistar大鼠制作右侧坐骨神经切割伤模型,硅胶管桥接,术后3d、7d、15d、30d、60d、90d取坐骨神经断端两侧神经及对侧正常神经各5mm,丝线标记定位,石蜡切片,三色法染色,显微镜下观察,摄像并输入微机,进行图像配准和数据预处理,导入SGI图像工作站中完成三维图像重建及显示。结果三色法染色标本结构层次清晰,境界分明,三维图像成功再现神经损伤后变性与再生过程中各个时间点的典型病理变化。结论利用普通三色染色法与计算机三维图像重建技术相结合,是研究周围神经显微结构的一种有效方法和手段。Purpose:To investigate morphologic change of degenerating and regenerating sciatic nerve following injury,and study on medical image visualization for peripheral nerve regeneration.Materials and Methods:A total of30adult wistar rats were divided randomly into6groups,The dextral sciatic nerves were resected by5mm and then repaired with silicone tube,the dextral and control sciatic nerves were sampled at3,7,15,30,60,90days respectively after injury,The images of stainedpreparation using modiˉfied trichrome staining technique through optical microscope were taken by micro-photograph system and inputted the computer by which the images matching and2-D integrate processing was completed.The3-D reconstruction and display was accomplished in SGI workstation.Results:Stainedpreparation with modified trichrome staining technique was clearly demarcated and vivid colored,3-D reconstrucˉtive images can display micro-morphology of regenerating sciatic nerve.Conclusion:Modified trichrome staining technique of the nerve combine with advanced3-D reconstruction technique was one of the effective methods to Peripheral nerve micro-morphology study.
