英帕纤恙螨和吉首纤恙螨生活史的研究

摘　　要：本文报道了实验室饲养下对英帕纤恙螨和吉首纤恙螨生活史的观察结果。在月平均室温22.6～32.1℃及饱和相对湿度并供给充分食物条件下,从卵发育至成虫英帕纤恙螨需23～100天,平均44.5天,吉首纤恙螨22～107天,平均49.3天。完成一代所需时间英帕纤恙螨平均57.5天,吉首纤恙螨57.8天。1只雄螨一生产精孢量英帕纤恙螨190～2423枚,平均每天产8.9枚,吉首纤恙螨137～1161枚,平均每天产5.5枚。1只雌螨一生产卵量英帕纤恙螨143～306个,平均每天产卵10.4个,吉首纤恙螨214～510个,平均每天产卵17.7个。This paper reports the complete life history of Leptotrombidium imphalum & L.jishoum in laboratory rearing. Nymphs and adults were fed on flea eggs of Leptopsylla segnis. Under 22.6-32.1 °C of temperature and saturated relative humidity, the average developing time of complete generation for two species of chiggers are 57.51 days for L.imphalum and 57.76 days for L.jishoum. The average developing time and survival rates of different stages, for both two species, are shown on tables. Otherwise, the fed amount of nymphs & adults as well as the reproduce informations, both male and female, of these two mites are also reported.
