摘　　要：目的 :编制适用于临床的计算机辅助记忆功能障碍评定和治疗系统软件。方法 :将中文版Rivermead行为记忆评定量表 (RivermeadBehavioralMemoryTest,RBMT) ,运用计算机技术 ,编制出一套记忆评定软件。记忆训练系统以临床常用的 5种方法 ,即视觉记忆训练、地图作业训练、彩色积木排列训练、照片辨认和近事记忆训练编制出治疗软件 ,并应用于 10例记忆障碍患者的治疗。结果 :系统基本实现屏幕显示声音、图示 (中文 )指导 ;人机互动、即时反馈 ,打印报告 ;治疗部分在上述 5个方面均设有不同的等级和不同的随机组合的图片 ,随机安装 ;10例记忆障碍患者治疗后RBMT评分有显著的改善 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :中文版计算机辅助记忆功能评定和治疗系统功能较为完善、操作简单、实用 。Objective: To compile software of test of memory retention disorder and treatment for clinical application. Methods: With computer technique , Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test (RBMT) in Chinese edition was compiled into a set of software of memory test. The system of memory training included 5 methods commonly used for memory retention disorder, training of visual memory, training of map exercise, training of arrangement of color building block, training of identification of photos and training of memory of recent affair. After compilation, 10 patients received treatment with the system. Results: Five kinds of functions of the system, including display of voice, instruction with illustration in Chinese, mutual action of both patients and computer, feedback immediately and printing of report were basically achieved. In treatment part, different levels and cards assembled randomly could be chosen to install randomly. After treatment, the scores of RBMT of 10 patients were remarkably promoted. Conclusion: Written in Chinese, the software of test of memory retention disorder and treatment was more perfect, easy to operate and practicable and it is helpful to realize the standardization of test and the individualization of treatment.
