摘　　要：目的 :探讨手烧伤后更适合功能重建的治疗措施。方法 :对 36例 ( 4 5只手 )行全皮层切痂、厚中厚皮片移植的患者进行跟踪 ,调查术后手在形态、功能、感觉、水肿、颜色及恢复重建的情况变化。结果 :36例患者愈合时间平均 2周。 33例皮片全部成活 ,3例部分皮片坏死。手的功能外型正常 ,水肿轻 ,感觉恢复快 ,移动性好。结论 :早期全皮层切痂。Objective: To investigate appropriate ways of functional rehabilitation after bum of hands. Methods: Thirty six patients (45 hands) with hands bums undergoing total cortical scab cutting and middle thickness dermal graft were followed up. The shape, function, recovery of feels, time of edema extinction, color change and functional rehabilitation were observed. Results: Average healing time was 2 weeks. Skin graft survived in 33 cases. Partial skin graft necrosis happened in 3 cases but functions and shape were essentially normal. The edema was slight, recovery of fees was quick and mobility was fine. Conclusion: Early full thickness dermal graft and middle thickness dermal graft were the ideal methods for functional rehabilitation after bands bum.
