摘　　要：目的 :评价口服伊曲康唑胶囊与氟康唑胶囊治疗复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病 (RVVC)的成本 -效果分析。方法 :将临床RVVC患者随机分为A、B两组 ,A组 12 1例采用伊曲康唑胶囊 0 2g d ,口服 ,连续 7d,B组 110例采用氟康唑胶囊 0 15g d ,口服 ,连续 7天。治疗后应用药物经济学成本 -效果分析法进行评价。结果 :伊曲康唑胶囊与氟康唑胶囊治疗RVVC的总有效率分别为85 12 % (10 3 12 1)和 87 2 7% (96 110 )。C E分别为 1 98和 2 0 1。ΔC ΔE为 3 2 2。结论 :伊曲康唑胶囊组治疗效果最佳。OBJECTIVE:To evaluate cost-effectiveness analysis of itraconazole and fluconazole in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC) .METHODS:231patients with RVVC were randomly divided into group A and group B .Group A(121cases)were given orally itraconazole capsule 0.2g/d for seven days; Group B(110 cases)were given fluconazol capsule 0.15g/d for also seven days. These two group patients were evaluated by cost- effectiveness analysis of pharmacoeconomics after thetreatment . RESULTS: The total efficiency of itraconazole and fluconazol capsules on RVVC was 85.12% (103/121)and 87.27%(96/110). C/E was 1.98 and 2.01 respectively.ΔC/ΔE was 3.22. CONCLUSION: Itraconazole capsule will provide best curative effect for the patients with RVVC.
