活血通络膏外敷应用于化疗性静脉炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨自制活血通络膏预防化疗患者发生静脉炎的效果。方法 :采用自身对照的方法 ,将每例患者的双臂分为观察组和对照组 ,对照组进行第一个化疗周期 ,照常规静脉输液进行 ;观察组进行第二个化疗周期 ,在输入化疗药同时沿穿刺静脉走向外敷活血通络膏 ,每次化疗完毕将中药擦掉 ,观察两组输化疗药血管的变化 ,进行统计学比较。结果 :化疗时中药外敷静脉的方法预防静脉炎较常规输液法效果显著 ,(P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :活血通络膏对化疗静脉有保护作用 。Objective: Study the function of protecting vein of self-made Chinese herbal medicine on chemotherapeutic patient. Methods: Adopting self-check method, two arms of each patient was divided into the observation group and control group. During fist chemotherapy period, Intravenous transfusion was undertook on control group with conventional method; During second chemotherapy period, in the process of chemotherapy drugs transfusion, Chinese herbal medicine was plastered on patient's arms of observation group along the direction of vein-puncture .After chemotherapy, we wiped off the drugs, observed the change of blood vessel of two group patients, and we had undertook statistics management and rank sum test. Results: In the process of chemotherapy, the method of Chinese herbal medicine plastering outside has an obvious effect comparing conventional method ,(p<0.001).Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine have an obvious effect to protect chemotheraptic vein, and prevent phlebitis caused by chemotherapy medicine.
