摘　　要：〔目的〕在成功制备关键试剂的基础上 ,建立克伦特罗酶联免疫检测方法 ,并研制其测试盒。〔方法〕应用ELISA法重复测定样品 ,变异系数为 6.9% ,方法的添加回收率尿样为 92 .5 % ,检测限可达 0 .1ng/ml ,克伦特罗抗体与沙丁胺醇、异丙肾上腺素交叉反应率分别为 1.2 5 %、0 .0 3 %。〔结果〕自制的试剂盒与英国Randox公司的 β -Agonist试剂盒对比试验结果 ,两组数据经极差t检验分析 ,|t| <t0 .975无显著差异。〔结论〕该试剂盒具有专一性、快速、灵敏、准确的特点。〔Objective〕 To establish a method for detection of clenbuterol and develop the kit for its detection based on successful preparation of the key reagents.〔Methods〕 ELISA was repeatedly used to detect clenbuterol in samples.〔Results〕 The coefficient of variation of repeated detection was 6.9%,recovery rate of clenbuterol from spiked urine samples 92.5%,the detection limit 0.1ng/ml.The antibody showed relative cross reactivity of 1.25% and 0.03% with salbutamol and isoprenaline hydrochloride.Compared to β-Agonist kit (Randox;England),it had no notable difference.〔Conclusions〕 The ELISA kit is specific,rapid,sensitive and accurate.
