水中病毒细胞吸附浓集法所用细胞的固相化研究

摘　　要：〔目的〕使吸附水中病毒的细胞固相化。〔方法〕用甲醛和戊二醛固定细胞 ,测试固定后的细胞的一些性能。〔结果〕经固相化后 ,细胞耐低渗、冰冻 ,仍能吸附脊髓灰质炎病毒 ,但吸附能力有所下降。〔Objective〕 To solidify the cells used for concentrating viruses in water.〔Methods〕 The cells were solidified with formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde.Then the features of the solidified cells were determined.〔Results〕 The solidified cells were resistant to pure water and freezing.They could still adsorb poliovirus.However,their adsorbing capacity was decreased after the solidification.〔Conclusions〕 The sensitive cells could be solidified to adsorb viruses in water.
