摘　　要：文章对近年颈椎病形成的机理研究和针刀治疗颈椎病的机理进行了综述 ,并对临床报道针刀治疗颈椎病的疗效进行了初步分析 ,认为针刀治疗颈椎病在临床应用时应严格掌握适应症、禁忌症 ,正确选择治疗点 ,才能发挥其最佳的疗效。The article summarized the study about the pathogenesis of cervical syndrome and the mechanism of acupotomology for the treatment of it, and analysis the efficacy of acupotomology. It is worth to applying for the treatment of cervical syndrome, but it should grasp the adaptation diseases & abstinence diseases, and choose the right therapy points for the best efficacy.
