中药安体维康抗艾滋病病毒实验研究和临床初步观察

摘　　要：目的为研究中药安体维康(ATVC)胶囊对艾滋病病毒I型(HIV-1)有无抑制作用,按国际通行方法进行了体外抗艾滋病病毒实验并进行临床观察。方法采用体外和临床试验方法对ATVC的抗HIV效果进行评价。结果 ATVC合剂在所试剂量0.039％～0.156％范围内,对HIV-1有一定抑制作用,抑制率达86.95％,50％有效浓度为0.037％,治疗指数(TI)为6。临床应用ATVC胶囊治疗艾滋病3例,用药3个月时,2例HIV载量下降;1例症状明显改善。治疗HIV携带者2例,服药3个月时,1例HIVRNA有下降趋势,1例无效。结论研究发现,ATVC胶囊能降低患者血中HIV载量,改善患者症状。治疗艾滋病比治疗HIV携带者的疗效要好。Objective To investigate the anti-HIV effect of ATVC, an antiviral compound of Chinese. medicine. Methods The anti-HIV effect of ATVC was observed in vitro and clinically. Results The therapeutic index (TI) of ATVC was 6. At the dosage range of 0. 039% ~ 0. 156%, the drug could inhibit replication of HIV-1. The inhibiting rate was 86.95%. For 3 patients with AIDS, the level of HIV RNA was decreased in 2 and symptoms improved in 1 after administration of ATVC for 3 months. For the 2 HIV carriers, the level of HIV RNA was decreased in 1 but remained stable in the other after its administration for 3 months. Conclusions ATVC can de- crease the level of HIV RNA and improve symptoms in patients with AIDS. Meanwhile, its therapeutic effect is better in the pa- tients with AIDS than in HIV carriers.
