摘　　要：目的　观测甲氨蝶呤植入剂的高温融熔生产工艺对药物结构的影响。方法　测试该植入剂及各配方成分的红外光谱图 ,再以标准谱图比对 ,检查因结构变化而形成的吸收峰变化。结果　该植入剂图谱中 ,各配方成分的特征峰呈线性叠加 ,不多一峰 ,不少一峰。结论　该植入剂中药物结构未出现明显变化。Objective To examine and analyse the structural change of drugs in the implants produced by high-temperature fusible technics.Methods The infrared absorption spectrogram of the implants and its ingredient was tested and compared with the standard spectrogram to examine the change of characteristic absorption band caused by the structural transformation.Results From the spectrogram of the implants, the characteristic band of each ingredient appears as linear superposition, neither more nor less.Conclusion The structure of drugs in the implants has no obvious change
