摘  要:目的 探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇早孕流产对绒毛、蜕膜组织端粒酶活性的影响。 方法 采用TRAP SYBRGreen染色法对 4 0例药物流产的绒毛和蜕膜进行了检测 (实验组 ) ,并与 4 0例正常人工流产的绒毛和蜕膜组织比较 (对照组 )。 结果 绒毛组织实验组 2 8% (11/ 4 0 )端粒酶阳性表达 ,对照组 73% (2 9/ 4 0 )呈阳性表达 ,两者有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;蜕膜组织实验组 2 8% (11/ 4 0 )阳性表达与对照组 2 0 % (9/ 4 0 )无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 米非司酮可使绒毛组织端粒酶活性下降 ,对蜕膜的端粒酶活性影响无显著性差异。Objective: To investigate telomerase activity in chorion and decidua from mifepristone induced abortion at early gestation.Methods:TRAP-SYBR Green assay was used to detect the expression of telomerase. Forty specimens were from medicinal abortion (experiment group) and 40 from vacuum aspiration (control group).Results: 28% (11/40) of chorionic villi from experiment group were positive stained for telomerase activity,while in the control group,the positive rate was 73% (29/40). The difference was significant (P<0.05). In decidua,the positive expression in experiment and control groups was 28% (11/40) and 20% (9/40),respectively. There was no significant difference between these two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: It is suggested that mifepristone may significantly decrease the telomerase activity in chorion but not in decidua.
