摘　　要：目的　比较阴囊中隔皮瓣加阴囊筋膜覆盖一期尿道成形术与单纯行阴囊中隔皮瓣一期尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂的疗效。方法　本组 72例 ,其中 33例行阴囊中隔皮瓣加阴囊筋膜覆盖一期尿道成形术 ,39例单纯行阴囊中隔皮瓣一期尿道成形术。结果　阴囊中隔皮瓣加阴囊筋膜覆盖一期尿道成形术手术成功率达 90 .9% ,单纯阴囊中隔皮瓣一期尿道成形术手术成功率 71.8% ,两者差异有显著性意义。结论　阴囊中隔皮瓣加阴囊筋膜覆盖一期尿道成形术的手术方法明显优于单纯行阴囊中隔皮瓣一期尿道成形术 ,是一种较为理想的治疗尿道下裂的手术方法。Objective ]to assess the curative effect of the treatment of hypospadias using primary urethoplasty with flaps of scrotum septus associated with covering of scrotum fasciaes,compared to using primary urethoplasty with flaps of scrotum septum septus simply.to assess the curative effect of the treatment of hypospadias using primary urethoplasty with flaps of scrotum septus associated with covering of scrotum fasciaes,compared to using primary urethoplasty with flaps of scrotum septum septus simply. In 72 cases,there were 33 cases performed primary urethoplasty with flaps of scrotum septus associated with covering of scrotum fasciaes(group 1),and 39 cases performed primary urethoplasty with flaps of scrotum septus(group 2). The rate of success of group 1 was 90.9% while group 2 was 76.8%.There was a significant difference between two groups.[Conclusion] Primary urethoplasty with flaps of scrotum septus associated with covering of scrotum fasciaes is a better way to treat hypospadias.
