摘  要:目的 :研究酒精致小鼠学习记忆障碍与海马 CA3区突触界面变化的关系。方法 :将 4 8只 8周龄雌性幼鼠随机均分成对照组 ,低、中和高浓度组 ,分别用不同浓度的酒精 (0 %、1 2 .5 %、2 5 %和 5 0 % )灌喂 ,按 1 0 ml/ kg,隔天 1次 ,连续 90 d,然后采用Morris水迷宫和电镜等技术 ,结合图像分析系统定量分析小鼠海马 CA3区突触界面结构变化和小鼠学习记忆能力的关系。结果 :1高浓度组灌酒前、后的 Morris水迷宫潜伏期和中浓度组灌酒后 Morris水迷宫潜伏期明显延长 ;2高、中浓度组突触后膜变薄 ,高浓度组突触间隙增宽。结论 :高。Objective:To research the correlation of learning and memory retention disorder and changes of synaptic interface construction in hippocampus CA 3 area in mise exposed to alcohol Methods:48 immature mise were divided randomly into the control group, the low, middle and high dosage groups. Different dosage alcohol (0%, 12 5%, 25% and 50%) was given (10 ml/kg) intragastrically by gavages once every other day for 90 days respectively. The relationship of synaptic interface construction changes in hippocampus CA 3 area and mouse's learning and memory was analyzed in fixed quantity by using Morris water labyrinth and electronic microscope, combining with pathologic image analysis system.Result:①Latency was prolonged significantly in the high dosage groups in Morris water labyrinth before gavages, while the latency in the high and middle dosage groups turn longer after gavages ② post synaptic density in high and middle dosagt group turned thinner, synaptic space in high group wider.Conclusion:Alcohol can cause malfunction on learning and memory of mise, which is related to the plastic of synapse.
