摘　　要：目的 :了解应用Amplatzer偏心型封堵器介入治疗室间隔缺损 (VSD) ,探讨护理及预防并发症发生的方法。方法 :对 18例接受介入治疗的VSD患者进行回顾性分析 ,并针对各自的并发症实施相应护理对策。结果 :18例患者介入治疗技术成功率 10 0 % ,术后 1例发生血肿及腓肠静脉血栓 ,1例传导阻滞 ,经治疗均痊愈。结论 :膜部VSD封堵术是一种简单、安全、有效介入治疗方法 ,为VSD的治疗开辟了一条新的途径 ,可取代部分病例的外科治疗。通过准确的术前决策 ,充分的术前准备 ,娴熟的操作技术以及积极的术后监护处理 ,可以提高VSD封堵术的技术成功率 ,减少并发症。Objective:To study the effect of interventional therapy for ventricular septal defect (VSD) with eccentric Amplatzer occluder, discuse the way of nursing and preventing complications.Methods: Analyzing retrospectively 18 patients with VSD accepted interventional theapy and give them different nursing care according to their respective complications.Results:The successful rate of therapy was 100%. There were one hematoma case, one conduction block and both were fully recovered after treatment.Conclusion:The therapy for VSD with membranous occluder is simple, safe and effective, which develop a new therapeutic way for VSD and could substitute surgery during part of cases. In order to rise the successful rate and reduse complications, accurate decision, sufficient preparation before therapy, gracious technique and active custodial during and after operation are needed.
