薄层色谱pH法测定人参三醇-3,6-二琥珀酸单酯的离解常数

摘　　要：目的 :用薄层色谱pH法测定人参三醇 3,6 二琥珀酸单酯双钠酸根共轭酸的离解常数。方法 :利用待测组分Rf值与固定相pH值的Rf pH曲线方程 ,测定了人参三醇 3,6 二琥珀酸的离解常数 ,并将此法用酒石酸验证。结果 :首次测得了人参三醇 3,6 二琥珀酸钠酸根共轭酸的离解常数 ,所测得的酒石酸离解常数与文献值一致。结论 :此方法方便简单 ,准确度较高 ,可用于纯度不高 ,量较少的药物。AIM:To determine the dissociation constant of panaxatriol 3,6- disuccinic acid by thin-layer pH-chromatography. METHOD:The dissociation constant of panaxatriol 3,6- disuccinic acid is calculated from the data of R _ f -pH curves. The accuracy of this way is validated by tartaric acid. RESULT:The dissociation constant of panaxatriol 3,6- disuccinic acid were determined for the first time. CONCLUSION:It needs only simple instruments. The compound can be present in the sample only in small amount and cannot be isolated in pure solid state.
