摘 要:目的 研究超声波对血液透析效率的影响及临床应用的可能性。方法 对肾衰竭实验犬进行血液透析 ,加超声透析与不加超声透析交替进行所得的数据进行比较。结果 加用超声血液透析与普通透析相比较 ,提高了对以尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸的清除效率 ;对于其他血生化组分的清除效率改变则无统计学意义。结论 超声血液透析加强了对以尿素氮。Objective To study the clearance influence of ultrasonic hemodialysis and the possibility of clinical appliance. Method Renal-failure dogs were treated with regular hemodialysis and ultrasonic hemodialysis alternatively, the clearance of regular hemodialysis and ultrasonic hemodialysis were compared. Result Ultrasonic hemodialysis improve the clearance of small molecular substances represented by BUN, Cr and UA significantly comparing with regular hemodialysis; The clearance change of other blood biochemical components has no statistic significance. Conclusion Ultrasonic hemodialysis may increase the clearance of uremic toxin represented by BUN and Cr and improve the hemodialysis efficiency.
