复方前列腺栓剂治疗慢性前列腺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方前列腺栓剂治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法门诊选择久治不愈症状典型慢性前列腺炎患者30例,直肠给药,疗程14天,设定12项临床主要症状,采取问卷评分法,对治疗前后进行症状评价。结果痊愈2例占6.7%,显效10例,占33.3%,有效17例占56.7%,无效1例占3.3%,总有效率为96.7%。治疗前后相比有显著意义,总有效率有显著性(P<0.01),结论复方前列腺栓剂治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效确切,疗效高,无毒副作用,使用方法简便,有良好开发远景。Objective To observe the effective of compound prostatitis suppository(CPS) for the treatment of chrostatitis.Methods To Choice 30 Out-patients with chronic prostatitis,whose symptoms were typical and had been not cured for a long time.CPS had been used in these patients proctodeum for tow weeks.400.0mg do sage was given daily.Several symptoms were evaluated by the symptom index before and af- ter the treatment.Results Two cases (6.7%) was completely cured,remarkable effective in 10 cases (33.3%);and improved in 17 case (56.7%);only one case (3.3%);seemed ineffective.The total efficacy is 96.7%.Conclusion The efficacy showed singnificant difference before and after the treatment (p<0.01).CPS is effective,notoxie and unforword dffdct for treating chronic prostatitis.Moreover,it has a good future.
