床位利用指数法、目标分析最优指数法和秩和比法在医院床位利用效率评价中的应用

摘　　要：目的　评价某军区 2 0 0 2年度部分驻军医院床位利用效率 ,并对不同评价方法进行比较。方法　采用床位利用指数法、目标分析最优指数法和秩和比法 (RSR)。结果　三种方法评价结果基本一致。床位利用效率较高的前 5家医院分别是 p医院、b医院、h医院、n医院和 g医院 ,k医院、e医院、i医院、c医院、j医院和f医院排序靠后。结论　总体上 ,该军区 2 0 0 2年度驻军医院床位利用比较高效、合理。三种方法评价床位利用效率是等效的 ,评价结果可信。Objective To evaluate the bed-using efficiency of station hospitals in a military command in 2002 and compare the results of different evaluation methods. Methods Bed-using index analysis, best index in aim analysis and RSR were used. Results The results of evaluation by three methods were the same. Bed-using of p, b, h, n and g hospital was efficiellt, and the efficiencies of k, e, i, c, j and f hospital were drop behind. Conclusion The bed-using of station hospitals in the military command in 2002 was efficient and reasonable in total. Three methods were consistent with each other in the evaluation of hospital bed-using efficiency. The results of evaluation were credible.
