摘　　要：署名权是作者对其作品拥有的基本人身权利 ,应该受到人们的尊重和保护 ,在现实新闻工作中这种合法权利往往受到非法侵害。认真分析思考这一问题 ,借以引起广大新闻工作者及各界的关注 。Signature authority is one of the author's basic personal rights on his own work, which should be respected and protected by people. But in reality, this kind of legal right in news work is usually violated illegally. I hope that the analysis and consideration on signature authority of news work on the Internet and traditional media will cause the journalists and the public's concern. And this will make signature authority respected and protected legally by others.
