摘  要:目的:研究静脉注射不同剂量硫酸镁对实验犬血流动力学及血清镁的影响.方法:选择7条健康犬静注不同剂量硫酸镁。I组50mg/kg,Ⅱ组100mg/kg,Ⅲ组 200mg/kg,每组间隔30分钟,测定备组血清镁及血流动力学参数.结果:I组血清镁浓度1.67mmol/L±0.51mmol/L,为基础值(0.8mmol/L±0.39mmol/L)的208%.对血流动力学参数无影响;Ⅱ组血清镁浓度2.65mmol/L±0.44mmol/L,为基础值的331%,血压下降较明显(p<0.05);Ⅲ组血清镁浓度4.20mmol/L±0.54mmol/L,为基础值的525%。对血压、心率和心肌收缩力抑制明显(p<0.01).结论:静注硫酸镁时血清镁与剂量成正比,小剂量时血流动力学影响不明显:随剂量的增加,可导致血压、心率明显下降和心肌收缩力显著抑制.Abstract Objective: To study hemodynamic effects and serum Mg2+ of intravenous MgSO4 in dogs. Methods: Seven healthy dogs were administrated with different doses of MgSO4 (group Ⅰ 50mg/kg; group Ⅱ 100mg/kg; group Ⅲ 200mg/kg), each group intervals 30 minutes. Hemodynamics statuses were observed before and after intravenous MgSO4 and check serum Mg2+. Results: The basic values of serum Mg2+ concentration, group Ⅰ , Ⅱ ,Ⅲ were 0.8±0.39mmol/L, 1.67±0.5mmol/L (208% VS basic value), 2.65 ±0.44mmol/L (331% VS basic value), 4.20 ± 0.54mmol/L(525% VS basic value), respectively. No effects in Hemodynamics in group. Blood pressure was significant lower in group Ⅱ than basic value (p<0.05). Blood pressure, heart rate were significant lower than basic value (p<0.01). Conclusion: Serum Mg2+ concentration was relative with the doses of MgSO4. There was no effect of MgSO4 intravenously on hemodynamic with MgSO4 50mg/kg. Blood pressure and heart rate were reduced when more than 100mg/kg intravenous.
