赤霉素与盐酸预处理对一串红种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：通过滤纸床发芽方法测定一串红种子的发芽率,活力指数,发芽指数等指标。观察外源GA3以及用盐酸预处理种子后再用GA3处理对一串红种子发芽的影响。结果表明,外源GA3的处理对一串红种子发芽率促进作用明显,尤其以盐酸预处理后再用外源GA3处理能够使GA3的使用浓度降低到5倍以下。In this experiment,filter paper bed method was used to measure the germination rate of Salvia splendens,the index of energy,germination and so on.Observing the effects of GA_3 after treating with GA_3 and HCl on seed germination of Salvia splendens,we can see that the effect of GA_3 on seed germination of Salvia splendens is very clear,especially treating with GA_3 prepare to handle after HCl,it can low the density of GA_3 under 5 time.
