摘 要:目的 :观察银杏叶提取物对实验性糖尿病的抗氧化作用。方法 :30只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、糖尿病组和治疗组 ,每组 10只。正常组始终喂以基础饲料 ,糖尿病和治疗组均喂饲高糖 -高脂肪饲料。实验开始及结束时进行糖耐量实验 ,于实验结束后测定血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL -TC)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL -TC)含量 ,并测血清丙二醛 (MDA)及超大型氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)含量结果 :银杏叶提取物能降低餐后血糖 ,降低血中TC、TG、LDL -TC的含量 ,HDL -TC升高趋势不明显 ,可降低血中MDA含量 ,提高血中SOD活力 ,减轻胰岛损害。结论 :银杏叶提取物具有降糖、降脂、减轻脂质过氧化作用 。Objective: To observe the antioxidation function of ginkgo biloba extract to experimental diabetes.Methods:30wistar rats were divided into three groups by random,that is,normal group,diabetes group and treatment group,ten rast each group.the normal mnal group was fed with basic food,the diabetes group and treatment group were given high fat and high glucose.At the beginning normal and the end of the experiment,glucose tolerance experiments were performed.After the experiment,the content of TC,TG,LDL-TC and HDL-TC in serum were determined and MDA and SOD in the serum were examined,too.Results:The ginkgo biloba extract can drop the after-dinner bood-glucose,decrease the contents of TC,TG,LDL-TC in the blood.The HDL-TC did not increase obviously.It can clearly drop the contents of MDA in the blood,promote SOD in the blood and relieve the damage to pancreatic islet.Conclusion: The ginkgo biloba can drop glucose,fat and lipid peroxide.It can prevent and treat diabetes to a certain degree.
