立体定向置管引流术治疗深部高血压脑出血

摘　　要：目的:探讨立体定向置管引流术治疗深部高血压脑出血的疗效及应用。方法:回顾分析1999年10月～2003年10月用立体定向置管引流术治疗58例高血压脑出血的临床资料。结果:术后1～3d拔管,术后1个月内总优良率为82.8％;55例随访2～30月,总优良率为92.7％。结论:采用立体定向置管引流加尿激酶溶解血凝块是治疗高血压脑出血有效方法,特别适应于血肿量不大、部位较深的患者。Objective: To evaluate the clinical results and the application of stereotectic aspiration for hypertensive intrac- erebral hemorrhage.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conduct of 58 hypertensive patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent stereotactic aspiration between October 1999 to October 2003. Results: After aspirating hematomas for 1～3 days, the satisfactory rate was 92.7% in one month after operation;55patients wer followed up from 2 months to 30 months, the satisfac- tory rate was 92. 7 %. Couclusion: Stereotactic aspiration with Urokinase V was an effective method for therapy of hypertensive in- tracerebral hemorrhage and the method is specially suitable small and deep hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
