国产注射用枸橼酸阿奇霉素体内外抗菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的:评价国产注射用枸橼酸阿奇霉素的体内、外抗菌活性并与进口阿奇霉素进行比较。方法:体外实验采用琼脂二倍稀释法测定两种阿奇霉素对临床分离的220株致病菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC);体内实验采用金葡菌、肺炎链球菌及大肠杆菌感染小鼠建立动物模型,阿奇霉素皮下注射给药对感染动物进行治疗,评价对感染小鼠的保护作用。结果:体外实验结果表明国产品与进口品对需氧革兰氏阳性球菌,革兰氏阴性杆菌以及厌氧菌的体外抗菌谱,MIC_(50),MIC_(90)基本一致;体内实验结果显示国产阿奇霉素对细菌感染的小鼠ED_(50)分别为1.9、0.71、14.6mg/kg,进口阿奇霉素分别为2.4.0.55、15.3mg/kg,国产注射用枸橼酸阿奇霉素的体内疗效与进口样品基本相同。结论:国产注射用枸橼酸阿奇霉素和进口阿奇霉素具有相同的抗菌谱和抗菌活性。Objective: To evaluate the antibacterial activity of domestic azithromyicn in vitro and vivo. Methods: In vitro, the minimal inhibitory concentration (MICS)of 220 clinical isolated pathogens were determined by the--fold agar dilution method; In vivo, mice infection models were established by using strain S. aureus,S. pneumoniae and Enterobacter species. Results: The antibacterial activity and MICs agains gram positive coccus and gram negative bacteria of domestic azithromycin was similar to imported azithromycin; ED_(50) of domestic azithromycin agains infected mice were 1. 9, 0. 71, 14. 6 mg/ kg respectively by s. c and imported azithromycin were 2. 4, 0. 55, 15. 3mg/kg respectively. Conclusion: Domestic azithromycin has the same antibacterial chromatogram and antibacterial activity as imported azithromycin does.
