摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC测定斑庄胶囊中槲皮素含量的方法。方法:色谱条件为:C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.4％磷酸溶液(55:45),UV检测波长为371nm。结果:此方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为102.35％(n=6)。结论:本方法分离良好,结果准确可靠。Objective:To establish the determination method of Quercetin in Banzhuang Capsule. Methods:The HFLC method for determination was :C18 column(250mm×4. 6mm,5μm),mobile phase:methanol - 0.4% phosphoric acid(55 : 45),detection wavelength:371nm. Results:This method showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery was 100. 56%(n = 6). Conclusion:This method showed a good separating degree and reliable.
