摘　　要：　美国霸权主义的形成有其独特的文化渊源与理论基础。美利坚民族天生的种族优越感和天赋使命观是其领导世界的精神动力和内在源泉,也是其理想主义、现实主义和理性主义为代表的三种国际关系理论的基础。对美国霸权主义的文化渊源和理论基础进行探析对于我们实施和平崛起的外交战略和外交政策具有重要的借鉴意义。The formation of American hegemonism has a unique cultural source and theoretical foundation. The In-Born racial pride and the heaven-endowed mission of the America nation are the spiritual dynamic and inherent source inducing it to lead world. They are also the bases of the three international relationship theories: idealism, realism and rationalism. The exploration and analysis of the cultural source and theories of American hegemonism are of significance to China's diplomatic strategy and policy of peaceful development.
