东秦岭特长隧道平行导坑快速施工组织管理与进度统计分析

摘　　要：东秦岭特长隧道平行导坑出口段作为正洞的辅助坑道,在施工中科学组织管理,优化工序组合,实现快速掘进,指导正洞施工。平行导坑最高月进尺406.8m,连续4个月进尺突破400m,月平均进尺为292.5m,创造了小断面人工钻爆平均月进尺全国最高纪录。Access section of the parallel drift in the especially long East-Qinling tunnel is the auxiliary galley of the main tunnel. During the construction, scientific management and optimized process combination is accomplished for fast tunneling, guiding the constriction of the main tunnel. The fastest monthly record of parallel drift excavation cycle length is 406.8 m with the excavation cycle length exceeding 400 m for four months on end, the average cycle length being 292.5 m, setting a new record in China.
