摘　　要：语言文字的统一是国家长治久安的需要 ,本文从中华民族汉语汉字的形成过程 ,阐明了汉语言文字是华夏各族人民在长期的共同生活中缔造的 ,我国通用语言文字法以法律的形式确认了汉语汉字的合法地位 ,在全国范围内推广普通话和汉字 ,是符合我国历史和现实国情的 。The normalization of language is a must in the long-run stability of China. So this thesis displays that Chinese language and its characters were created by all Chinese nationalities in the long past by studying the process of the formation of the Chinese characters. China has adopted legal action to guarantee the official position of Chinese, and to popularize putonghua and simplified characters, which fits in the national conditions, making much contribution to the fulfillment of China's legal system.
