芦荟对鼻咽癌放疗中皮肤辐射性损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨芦荟对减轻鼻咽癌放疗中皮肤辐射性损伤的疗效。方法随机将48例病人分成治疗组26例,对照组22例。治疗组在放疗时用芦荟汁搽抹射线辐射部位皮肤;对照组在放疗时辐射部位皮肤不加局部处理。结果两组病人皮肤I度反应出现的时间及皮肤反应程度比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论芦荟能明显地延缓、减轻辐射性皮肤的损害。to explore the effect of aloe on reducing the radioactive trauma caused by nasopharyngeal cancer radiate. Methods Forty-eight patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=26) and the control group (n=22). The skin radiated by radial in treatment group was smeared with aloe, while no measures were applied to the skin radiated by radial in the control group. Result There were difference between the two groups in the appearance time and the degree of skin response. Conclusion Aloe can alleviate injury to the skin caused by radiate.
