白血病患儿留置PICC短期带管出院的健康教育

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育对白血病患儿留置外周导入中心静脉置管术(PICC)短期带管出院的影响。方法通过口头讲解、示范指导、发放宣传资料等方式对患儿及家长进行留置PICC短期带管出院的健康教育。结果PICC导管留置时间最长为396d,最短7d,平均留置时间为138d;伤口无红肿、出血、疼痛或敷料松脱。结论对留置PICC患儿及家长实施健康教育,提高了患儿自我护理能力和生活质量。To explore the impact of health education on leukemia children with indwelling PICC for a short period after being discharged from hospital. Method We teach the children and their parents how to prevent infection and hemorrhage, to care for the movement of injured limbs, to observe the wound and keep personal data through instruction and illustration of data and pictures. Results The longest period of indwelling PICC was 396 days, while the shortest was 7 days with a mean period of 138 days. There were no swelling, hemorrhage, pain or loose dressing in the wounds. Conclusion Health education to the children and their parents can help the children who had indwelling catheter after they left hospital to improve their ability of self-care and quality of life.
