摘  要:用化学还原法制备出平均粒径 2 0nm的NiB非晶态合金和NiCuB合金粉 ,以及负载型NiB/Al2 O3和NiB/SiO2 催化剂。DTA结果表明 :NiB和NiCuB合金粉可以显著降低AP的高温分解温度 ,表现了对AP高温分解反应良好的催化效果。负载型NiB/Al2 O3和NiB/SiO2 对AP热分解的催化效果 ,与NiB相比没有明显增强。随NiB非晶态合金增加对AP热分解的催化效果变化不明显。Nanometer NiB amorphous alloy and NiCuB powders with the average particle diameter around 20 nm, respectively were prepared by chemical reduction, and NiB/Al 2O 3 and NiB/SiO 2 catalysts were also prepared. The DTA results showed that the high decomposition temperature of AP was clearly decreased by nanometer NiB and NiCuB powders, showing high catalytic effects on high temperature decomposition of AP. The effects of NiB/Al 2O 3 and NiB/SiO 2 on high temperature decomposition of AP were as much as that of NiB. The catalytic influence of NiB content increase on high temperature decomposition of AP was not evidently changed.
