摘　　要：目的 :讨论经直肠B超对良性前列腺增生患者移行区测量的准确性。材料与方法 :对 4 3例良性前列腺增生患者同时进行腹部B超及经直肠B超测量前列腺 ,用预测重量与手术后的实际重量进行对比 ,讨论两者之间的相关性。结果 :经直肠超声对前列腺的重量估测更接近手术后的实际重量。结论 :经直肠B超测量前列腺移行区并进行估重更加准确 ,与手术实际重量相关性更高 。Purpose:To investigate the implication of transrectal ultrasound on measuring prostate transition zone in the patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Materials and Methods:43 prostates were measured for patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia by transrectal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound respectively.Relativity of calculating weight and actual weight was discussed.Result:Calipers and weight of prostate by transrectal ultrasound were more similar than those by transabdominal.Conclusion:It is more accurate to detect transition zone of prostate by transrectal ultrasound and the weight detected is closely correlated to the real weight of prostateTransrectal ultrasound is more significant for the diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
