摘 要:智能控制器是低压断路器智能化的核心控制单元,为实现其可通信功能,本文研制了一种新型的基于CAN总线的智能控制器,包括CAN节点的软硬件设计及上位机监控软件设计。CAN节点硬件采用80C196KC外加SJA1000和82C250的典型配置,发送与接收等程序采用96汇编语言编写,上位机监控软件采用VB6.0作为开发工具。实验结果表明,智能控制器采用CAN通讯方式,不但通讯效果较好,而且易于实现,具有广阔的应用前景。Intelligent controller is the central control unit of low-voltage circuit breaker. In order to realize its communication function, the paper researches and produces a new kind of intelligent controller based on CAN bus, which includes the design of both hardware and software of CAN node as well as upper-supervision software. The hardware of CAN node typically consists of microcontroller chip 80C196KC,CAN controller SJA1000 and CAN trans-receiver 82C250.Programs for transferring and receiving are written in MCS-96 assembler language. Upper-supervision software takes VB6.0 as development tool. It shows that the design not only works well, but is also easy for realization and has its bright future for application.
