摘　　要：城市轨道交通建设资金筹措是世界性难题 ,从轨道交通的经济特点和效益现状来看 ,城市轨道交通建设与土地利用是互动关系。本文分析了轨道交通开发利益关系和还原方式 ,探讨了轨道交通与土地资源联合开发的可行性 ,提出了利用土地综合开发筹资的途径 ,为轨道交通建设筹措资金提出了几点建议。The financing of urban rail transit for construction is the world problem. Considering the economic characteristic of urban rail transit and the actuality of benefits, urban rail transit and land utilization are corresponding relation. The paper analyses the development benefits and return method of the urban rail transit, the feasibility of the joint development is discussed for urban rail transit and land resources, and the approach of financing is put forward to comprehensive development of land. In the end, some advices are suggested to solve the financing of urban rail transit for construction.
