摘　　要：经济体制转型与对外开放的扩大,使中国面临着日益严重的就业压力与失业问题。扩大就业、治理失业成为各级政府面临的首要任务之一。从中国当前就业形势、特点、原因及治理对策等方面对理论界的研究成果作一综述。Economic system transition and opening up make China face job-seeking pressure and unemployment issue. Enlarging employment and administering unemployment become one of the main tasks, which the governments at different level are faced with. This article summarizes the current job-seeking situation, characteristic, reasons and administrative policy respectively.
