摘　　要：在我国对外开放继续深入和国际交往日益增多的今天,调整和规范涉外警务活动的法律仍然为数不多,而且相关法律也成为了空白区域。研究涉外警务法的一般概念、基本原则、涉外警务法律关系以及涉外警务法的立法展望,对理解和加强涉外警务法律、丰富和指导涉外警务活动,具有非常重要的现实意义。The laws to adjust and standardize the policing activities concerning foreign interests are still precious even on today when the reform and open-up policy continues pursuing deeply and the international communication increases rapidly, and some relative laws become bland areas. The studies of the general concept, basic principles of the policing law concerning foreign interests, the legal relationships in the policing laws as well as the prospect of its legislation have great realistic significance for understanding and intensifying the policing law concerning foreign interests, enriching and guiding the policing activities concerning foreign interests.
