摘　　要：卧底侦查是一种内线侦查方法,其侦查对象为有组织犯罪集团(团伙)。该侦查方法便于侦查人员直接获取犯罪信息,在侦查策略和侦查模式上具有较高价值。在使用该侦查方法时,侦查机关应遵循相应的流程,并注意解决相关问题,保护卧底侦查人员的人身安全。The undercover investigation is a kind of interior investigation and its investigative subjects are organized criminal groups (gangs). This investigative method renders us easy to obtain criminal information and it is of high value in investigative tactics and investigative moulds. Investigation organization should follow corresponding technological process and pay attention to solve corresponding problems while using this method so as to protect the safety of undercover inquiring officers.
