摘  要:目的 以乙基纤维素为包囊材料,考察不同包囊方法对头孢拉定微囊性质的影响。方法 比较不同制备方法、表面活性剂种类和用量、药物投入量及搅拌速度下微囊的收率、含药量、粒度分布及溶出度。结果 水中干燥法制备的微囊成型性良好,粒度分布范围较窄,但含药量低。在油中干燥法中加入 1 5 %(w/v)司盘 - 6 5,微囊的成型性、粒度分布范围、含药量都得到了改善。在相同条件下,微囊的溶出度随着含药量的增加而增大。结论 乙基纤维素 -头孢拉定微囊具有明显的缓释作用,为研制口服长效制剂提供了重要依据。Objective To compare the quality of Ethyl cellulose-Cephradine microcapsule made by several different methods . Methods Ethyl cellulose-Cephradine microcapsule was made by different progresses, and the quality of products was compared. Results The forming and particle size distribution of microcapsule made by water evaporation progress were suitable, but the containing of Cephradine was low. However all of the above were improved if 15%(w/v) Span-65 was added in oil evaporation progress. The dissolution of microcapsule was enhanced if we increased the dosage of Cephradine. Conclusion Ethyl cellulose-Cephradine microcapsule is meaningful for the preparation of sustained-released agent.
